Rick Kennedy
Special guest
As a young lad of only seven years old, Rick was first introduced to the world of rocks and minerals by a family friend back in Dayton, Ohio. His introduction to fossils, pyrite and calcite specimens eventually led him to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Sciences from the University of California: Santa Cruz in 1986 and his life just took off from there. While having started his company, Earth's Treasures, while still in school, it wasn't until 2005 when it became a full-time endeavor. This life-long field collector can now be found uncovering treasures at the California Blue Mine, Hallelujah Junction and, most recently, the Jackson's Crossroads Amethyst Mine.
Rick Kennedy has been a guest on 2 episodes.
